Occasionally an object will disappear for good, but generally it will be back in the room after you've traded it. You can even trade stuff with the guy, then crawl in the underground corridor (which you have to free from debris with a shovel, and has a few locked doors to open) and recover it from the armoire, then trade it again with him, multiple times throughout the night.
Was this done on purpose or is it some kind of bug? It certainly makes everything a lot easier if you exploit it.įor those who don't know what I'm talking about and are not afraid to learn a potentially game-breaking trick, the room behind the guy who trades in the semi-detached house has a locked armoire, and inside it you find plenty of stuff to steal EVERY TIME you come back to the location.
